Welcome to Gina Witt! These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Services & Use of Website

Gina Witt offers holistic wellness services, including osteopathic care, ITA Energy Medicine, and wellness guidance.
Services are not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or emergency care.
You must be 18 years or older to book services.
Any misuse, fraudulent activity, or disruption of the website may result in access restrictions.

2. Bookings & Payments

All sessions are scheduled manually; you will be contacted to confirm availability.
Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
Gift cards are available and non-refundable.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

In order to receive a full refund or not be charged in full for your ITA Alignments, you must cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment date and time.
When you book your appointment, you will receive a confirmation and a 24-hour reminder, providing an opportunity to confirm, cancel or reschedule.
If you do not show up for your appointment, you are responsible for the full session rate. Exceptions will be made for emergency situations.
Cancellation and Refund Policy for Workshops and Special Events.
There will be no refunds offered on workshops or special events.
If a workshop features a guest presenter no refunds or transfers will be granted.
Registered attendees of workshops facilitated by Dr. Gina Witt of Sacred Alignment Wellness are entitled to transfer funds to a future workshop facilitated by Dr. Gina Witt of Sacred Alignment Wellness scheduled to commence within 365 days of the original course registration if cancellation occurs no less than 14 days before course commencement.
Once a workshop or special event has commenced no refunds or transfers will be made available to registered attendees who leave prior to course completion. Consideration may be granted at the discretion of Dr. Gina Witt of Sacred Alignment Wellness if the attendee can demonstrate evidence of extreme personal hardship.
Should Dr. Gina Witt of Sacred Alignment Wellness cancel a course or special event for any reason, students are entitled to a full refund or can choose to transfer funds to another workshop of special event offered by Dr. Gina Witt of Sacred Alignment Wellness. Transfers are valid for 365 days from date of cancellation.
You are agreeing to these terms, conditions and policies by registering for any and all appointment types with Dr. Gina Witt of Sacred Alignment Wellness LLC.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Gina Witt and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

5. Disclaimer & Liability

The offerings shared through Sacred Alignment Wellness LLC with Dr. Gina Witt are designed to support your self-healing journey toward greater wellness, balance, clarity, and connection. While these services can be deeply transformative, they are not a substitute for medical or psychological care from your primary care provider or other specialists. Dr. Witt will not make any recommendations to start or stop any medications or other treatments initiated by another medical provider.
Dr. Witt does not make any guarantees about the results of the information and treatments received. Every individual's path is unique, and results may vary.
