About the Program

Dr. Gina is a licensed course facilitator of the Children’s Mahat Meditation Program, founded by Melaney Ryan of the Melaney Ryan Institute of Applied Consciousness.

What Kids Will Learn 

Through fun and interactive sessions, children will:

Find inner stillness, balance, and harmony

Learn techniques for managing stress, bullying, and anxiety

Work with meditation tools like crystals, chakra cards, and visual yantras
